Position Summary: The Administrative Nurse Manager performs the primary functions of a professional nurse leader in assessing, planning, directing and evaluating patient care. Specifically, you will participate in performance improvement and research activities, maintain fiscal responsibilities of supplies and equipment on the unit as well as be responsible for the coordination and facility of quality nursing care through the24 hour management of the designated patient care area. Job Duties Include: Consistently demonstrate leadership,management approach to daily clinical and administrative practice. Ensure quality patient/family centered care are provided timely Patient/customer satisfaction issues are resolved timely Collaboration with other departments to ensure quality patient care Development and implementation of policies and procedures according to evidence based practice in accordance with regulatory standards and guidelines. Education and Requirements: Masters degree preferred.
