Starting Wage DOE: $42.96 - $53.70

This position involves up to 25% travel.

The Regional Financial Success Coordinator serves as a key support resource for regional financial, revenue cycle, and third-party information systems. This position partners with regional leaders, affiliate sites, end-users, IT teams, and vendors to support system functionality, issue resolution, user education, process improvement, and service continuity.




This role helps ensure regional financial systems and workflows are supported in a timely, consistent, and customer-focused manner. The Coordinator translates user needs into clear support requests, communicates technical information in understandable terms, tracks and escalates issues as appropriate, and supports end-users through system changes, upgrades, training, and ongoing operational needs.




The position is responsible for building strong working relationships across regional and affiliate sites while promoting effective communication, timely follow-up, documentation, and continuous improvement. This role supports operational efficiency, user satisfaction, and alignment between regional business needs and technology support resources.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintains compliance with organizational, departmental, and regulatory standards, including safety, confidentiality, privacy, information security, and job performance expectations.
  * Serves as a primary support liaison for regional financial, revenue cycle, and third-party information systems, providing timely communication, coordination, follow-up, and service support to leaders, departments, and end-users.
  * Provides consistent support for assigned systems by responding to user questions, troubleshooting issues, documenting concerns, and coordinating resolution with appropriate IT, vendor, or operational resources.
  * Acts as a liaison between regional end-users, IT teams, vendors, and operational leaders to communicate system needs, workflow concerns, service issues, and enhancement opportunities.
  * Tracks, documents, and reports regional system issues, ticket trends, escalation needs, project updates, customer satisfaction concerns, and follow-up actions to appropriate leaders and stakeholders.
  * Identifies recurring issues, service gaps, workflow barriers, and user concerns that impact regional operations and recommends opportunities for process improvement.
  * Supports implementation, upgrade, update, testing, and change management activities for assigned systems to promote smooth transitions and minimize disruption to end-users.
  * Assists with quality control and user acceptance testing by verifying that system changes, updates, and workflows meet operational needs and organizational standards.
  * Develops, updates, and maintains user guides, training materials, process documentation, and other resources that support consistent system use and end-user understanding.
  * Coordinates and delivers user education and training related to assigned systems, workflows, updates, and process changes.
  * Monitors assigned system performance, user feedback, and operational concerns to help identify potential issues and coordinate timely resolution.
  * Builds and maintains collaborative relationships with regional leaders, affiliate site staff, IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to support responsive and customer-focused service delivery.
  * Provides escalation support for urgent, recurring, high-priority, or leadership-visible financial system concerns by coordinating appropriate resources and communicating status updates through resolution.
  * Participates in cross-functional projects and supports planning, timelines, communication, testing, training, and implementation activities as assigned.
  * Maintains current knowledge of assigned systems, workflows, organizational processes, and industry trends through ongoing learning and professional development.
  * Supports and models behaviors consistent with Billings Clinic's mission, vision, values, code of business conduct and service expectations. Meets all mandatory organizational and departmental requirements. Maintains competency in all organizational, departmental and outside agency standards as it relates to the environment, employee, patient safety or job performance.
  * Performs all other duties as assigned or as needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.

Minimum Qualifications



Education
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Revenue Cycle, or a related field.







Experience
* Three years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, financial systems, information systems support, application support, customer support, or a related area.
* Experience supporting healthcare financial, revenue cycle, third-party, or enterprise information systems in a multi-site or regional healthcare environment, preferred.







Certifications and Licenses
* Relevant system, revenue cycle, healthcare information technology, project management, or process improvement certification preferred. Examples may include CPHIMS, PMP, revenue cycle certification, Epic, Oracle Health, Oracle, or other relevant system-specific certification.
* Current Montana driver's license and the ability to be insured to operate Billings Clinic vehicles may be required based on business need.

Ability to provide reliable home internet access and cell phone availability for remote work, communication, and system support.

Employees who are required to maintain a license or certification must ensure the license or certification remains current and in good standing.
