Call Center Representative - Automotive Service BDC

DePaula Mazda is seeking an Automotive Call Center Representative, responsible for providing exceptional customer service while scheduling and managing service appointments for the dealership’s Service Department. The Service BDC Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with customers, promote service retention, and help maximize appointment opportunities. Please no phone calls. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Make outbound calls to customers for service reminders, maintenance follow-ups, and appointment confirmations.
• Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers who have not yet scheduled recommended maintenance.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and help reduce no-shows.
• Provide basic information regarding dealership services, maintenance, hours, and appointment availability.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call notes in Proactive BDC tracker.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, text, and other dealership communication platforms.
• Deliver a positive customer experience on every interaction.
• Meet or exceed department goals for calls, appointments, appointment shows, and customer satisfaction.
• Follow established BDC scripts, processes, and dealership policies.

• Previous call center, customer service, automotive, dealership, or BDC experience preferred but not required, we will train the right one.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and confident telephone presence.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working multi-line phone and computer.
• Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
