Material Technician/Packager, 1st Shift

Benefits Pay: Starting rate is $17.00/hr; could be eligible for more based on experience. Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:45 am – 2:45 pm, with overtime as required. What You Will Do Package Materials: Review order instructions, label and package materials to meet customer specifications and quality standards. Operate Equipment Safely: Utilize tools such as micrometers, calipers, tape guns, and banding equipment. Maintain Quality and Safety: Identify and report any damage or quality issues and advocate for safety by adhering to guidelines and wearing personal protective equipment. Support Team Efforts: Work collaboratively with the production crew to meet assigned goals and complete additional job‑related responsibilities as assigned. Who We Are Looking For Experience: Minimal manufacturing and/or warehouse experience is required. Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to operate assigned equipment safely, and effective communication skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds; mount & dismount equipment; walk, climb, and bend for periods of time; and be comfortable working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions. What Makes You Stand Out High School Diploma or equivalent. Two years of manufacturing and/or warehouse experience. Basic computer skills such as data entry and retrieval. Lift truck operation experience.
