What You'll Do:

Join our HR team and play a key role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. You'll support payroll processing, maintain employee records, resolve payroll questions, and assist with HR administration.

• Process bi-weekly payroll and payroll adjustments
• Maintain employee payroll data in ADP
• Review timecards for accuracy and compliance
• Research and resolve payroll-related questions
• Reconcile payroll reports and deductions
• Support benefits administration and employment verifications
• Assist with I-9 compliance, audits, and HR recordkeeping
• Help with HR projects and administrative support as needed

What We Are Looking For:

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and providing excellent support to employees across the organization.

• 1-3 years of payroll experience
• ADP experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
• Team-oriented with a customer-service mindset

Pay

Compensation starts at $25- $28 per hour, with final pay based on experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a 5% annual Pay for Performance (PFP) bonus.

Work Schedule

On-site Tuesday-Thursday; remote Monday and Friday. Regular in-office presence is essential for effective team collaboration, engagement, and relationship-building. Hybrid and remote work schedules typically consist of nine hours per day, five days per week, with a 60-minute lunch break. Business needs may require occasional work outside standard hours, including on-site attendance as needed to support team and operational requirements.
