About the Role

When a home or business suffers water, fire, mold, storm, or other property damage, dozens of moving pieces must come together quickly.

Customers need answers. Field teams need support. Insurance companies need documentation.

The Restoration Project Coordinator is the one constant throughout the entire project.

You help keep projects moving from the first phone call through completion by coordinating communication, tracking progress, organizing documentation, scheduling work, and making sure everyone understands what happens next.

This is not a receptionist position.

This is a project control position where organization, communication, and follow-through directly affect how efficiently projects move from start to finish.

What You'll Do

You'll typically coordinate 20–30 active customer files while working closely with customers, insurance adjusters, Project Managers, and field teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate projects from initial assignment through completion.
• Schedule work and help keep projects moving.
• Track documentation, approvals, project status, and next steps.
• Keep customers informed throughout the project.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding documentation and project status.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready project files.
• Identify delays early and coordinate solutions.
• Support Project Managers by handling workflow so they can stay focused in the field.

• Maintain complete and organized documentation.

• Help Project Managers spend more time leading work in the field.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following is helpful:

• Restoration
• Construction
• Property Management
• Insurance
• Logistics
• Restaurant or Hospitality Management
• Retail Management
• Operations Coordination
• High-volume customer service

Restoration experience is helpful but not required.

We can teach restoration. We cannot teach ownership, organization, professionalism, and the desire to solve problems.
