The position will offer opportunities to learn and grow within the company Job Duties Include: Organize and maintain litigation calendars using MS Outlook Enter notes into company case management system Draft pleadings, file with court, perfect service Ensure timely payment of legal invoices from outside counsel Maintain Judgment renewal schedule Monitor and disseminate court notices Job Requirements: 3+ years of relevant experience in litigation Experience using MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Bachelor’s degree or paralegal training/paralegal certification preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confidentiality and a professional demeanor Bankruptcy experience a plus CCI offers an entrepreneurial small company approach to doing business emphasizing customer service and relationships with financial capabilities of a large institution. #J-18808-Ljbffr Commercial Funding Inc.
