HVAC Service Technician - Austin, TX | $150,000-$250,000+ Annually + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus - apply between July 3 and July 30, 2026 (or until the position is filled).

Goettl is raising the bar - and the paycheck. High-performing techs earn $150,000-$250,000+ annually:

Up to 20% commission on repairs
Up to 10% commission on system replacements
Uncapped earning potential for professionals who do it right

What We're Looking For

Residential HVAC Service Technicians
2+ years of experience preferred
Active TDLR license and EPA Universal or Level 2 certification
Clean driving record for the past 2 years
Strong technical, communication, and customer-service skills
Pride in craftsmanship and professionalism
21 years or older
Able to pass drug screen and background check
