Property ManagerWoodmont is seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage our luxury, beautiful apartment community located in Redwood City, CA. The Property Manager will be accountable for a broad range of duties including managing the day to day operations, maintaining high occupancy levels, supporting our marketing programs, establishing and maintaining financial goals and managing and supporting the property team. This is a full-time position.The position requires a candidate with:Proven supervisory skillsStrong financial analysis and computer skillsSolid organization and administrative skillsKnowledge of the multifamily property management industryStrong Marketing and Sales skills with the ability to train staff in sameSuperior customer service and resident relations experienceWhat We're Looking For:2+ years prior Property Management experience in a multifamily setting.Experience with Luxury and/or Market Rate Multifamily housing is highly desired.Property Management software experience required. At the launch of each position, we benchmark compensation to the appropriate role utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references.
