Senior Technical Recruiter & ATS Lead Administrator at Trace Systems The Purchasing Specialist will track purchase requests, quote materials, obtian funding approvals, and procure materials across the program. Maintain multiple spreadsheets tracking all procurement-related activities Ability to generate weekly and ad hoc customer reports Process purchase requests (PRs) in Cost Point Must have a general understanding of the FAR and DFAR Assist in developing procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and supplier diversity Ability to maintain relationships with the customer, vendors, and internal management Ability to conduct market research to ensure fair and reasonable pricing Ongoing monitoring and proactive management of outstanding procurement actions. Ability to work independently and as a team Collaborate with customers to understand their purchasing requirements Must have excellent communication and organization skills Minimum Qualifications An Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance (Interim Secret Clearance is acceptable). Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required. Able to travel to support mission up to 10%. Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, OR an Associate’s degree plus seven (7) total years of recent specialized experience, OR eleven (11) years of recent specialized experience.
