We are growing in Pittsburgh and are currently hiring an Outside Sales & Customer Service Professional to service the Pittsburgh Pennsylvania metro area.

Responsibilities:

*Running appointments set by our in-house Inside Sales Department

* Meeting with potential clients in person to discuss their cleaning needs

* Measuring facilities in order to produce accurate bid proposals

* Delivering/Presenting bid proposals to potential customers

* Follow-up (via phone and in-person visits) on pending accounts

* Customer Service visits on start-up assistance on sold accounts.

* Supplying our in-house telemarketing department with new leads

* Attending weekly sales and training meetings

* Prospecting for potential clients to set your own appointments, cold-calling, and canvassing a territory

* Supported by training and pre-set appointments

Requirements:

* Post-Secondary degree preferred, although not a requirement

* Must be highly motivated and confident

* Proven ability to close sales

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a professional appearance

* Able to provide valid drivers license and proof of insurance coverage

* Previous experience in the janitorial industry a plus

Salary is a base salary, and is based upon sales and industry experience. Compensation is salary plus commission, bonuses, benefits (health and retirement), vehicle allowance, cell phone, and PTO.
