Our client works on a hybrid basis in the loop, offers competitive compensation, comprehensive health, PTO and retirement benefit.Key Responsibilities:Review NAVs and fund financialsCoordinate with fund administrators and custodiansPrepare financial statements and regulatory filings Support audits, tax filings, and compliance reviewsTrack capital activity and assist with investment valuationsQualifications:3-6 years of mutual fund or registered fund accounting experienceStrong understanding of NAV processes, GAAP, and SEC filingsExperience with alternatives/private equity is a plusProficient in Excel and fund accounting softwareCPA or progress toward certification preferred For more information, please apply or reach out to [email protected] directly
