Schaumburg, IL?? On-site Monday-Friday?? Base Salary: Up to ~$100K?? Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (fully onsite)?? Team Size: Managing 8-10 customer service repsWhat you'll be doing:?? Leading, coaching, and developing a customer service team?? Driving customer satisfaction, order management, and issue resolution?? Partnering closely with Sales, Production, Shipping, and Operations?? Improving processes, systems, and overall customer experience??
