Pay & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $60.30

What You'll Do

Provide advanced patient care for high-acuity ICU patients, including post-op CABG, valve surgeries, aortic dissection, and transplant recovery
Monitor and manage patients with PA catheters, balloon pumps, and continuous renal replacement therapy
Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
Adapt to float requirements across ICUs and SDUs as needed
Follow protocols for emergency teams and respond effectively to critical events
Document patient care accurately using electronic health records (Epic experience preferred)

What You Need

Required:

Valid RN license in Louisiana
ACLS, BLS, NIH Certification
ICU or SICU experience (preferred with transplant or CVICU background)
Experience with PA catheters, balloon pumps, and renal therapy

Preferred:

Epic EMR system experience
Additional certifications or specific high-acuity ICU experience
