What You'll Do

• Provide specialized critical care nursing for ICU patients, including ICU, CIVCU, NICU, SICU, MICU, TICU, and Burn ICU as needed
• Monitor and assess patient conditions using advanced medical technology
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly in Epic
• Respond effectively to acute patient events and emergencies
• Adhere to hospital and unit policies, including patient ratios of 1:2

What You Need Required

• Valid Louisiana RN license
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience
• Epic EMR experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications

Preferred

• CPI and CCRN certifications
• Experience floating across ICUs including MICU, TICU, Neuro ICU, & Burn ICU
• Flexibility to work weekend and holiday shifts
