Job Description

Medical Receptionist / Medical Front Desk

Pay: $20.50/hour

Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm
(Must be willing to arrive as early at 7:45am or as late as 8pm.)

Trave: There are 3 office locations: Must be willing to travel 2-3 days a week

Requirements:

Must have minimum of 1-2 years Medical Front Office experience.
Reliable vehicle - There are 3 locations you would need to go to throughout the week. (Must be able to travel to any of their locations in Ocala, Villages, and Dunnellon.)
Must be professional and confidential in mannerisms.
Looking for someone with a bubbly caring personality.

Medical Practice is looking for an experienced Medical Front Desk for long-term full-time position. Duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance and collecting/posting payments to name a few. Must be available to go between all 3 of their office locations especially during the first month or two of training.
