We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to provide front desk and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong phone etiquette, customer service skills, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
Schedule appointments, handle mail, and assist with basic administrative tasks.
Provide information to visitors and callers, addressing inquiries or escalating as needed.
Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data entry, document creation, and email management.
Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with basic computer tasks.
