- Supervise, Train, Motivate and Coach Sales Specialists
- Participate In and Review Sales Transactions for Accuracy
- Plan, Promote and Execute Sales Events
- Promote the Business through Social Media, Hiring Events and Other Community Outreach Opportunities
- Maintain Store Goals and Key Performance Indicators
