Maintenance Electrician

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join their team. As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with benefits.

Job Title: Maintenance Electrician Location: York, PA Shift: 1st Shift (7am-3pm)

What's the Job?

• Maintain building and equipment systems, including electrical, PLCs, and mechanical components
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical machinery
• Install new machinery and upgrade existing systems for safety and productivity improvements
• Assist in maintaining fire alarm, CO2 systems, boiler steam systems, and air compressors
• Support plant operations by assisting in various maintenance tasks and responding to emergencies

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED with 4-10 years of related experience and/or training
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints
• Experience working with electrical systems, PLCs, and mechanical equipment
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Availability for 24-hour on-call rotations and additional training as needed
