Grants Manager: Strategic Fundraising for Youth Programs

The Door – A Center of Alternatives seeks a Grants Manager to lead the institutional fundraising strategy for a portfolio of youth development programs. You will write letters of inquiry, proposals, government RFPs, renewal requests, and all reporting to private and government funders, and you will prepare complete grant packages with attachments. You will oversee deadlines with senior staff, maintain donor records, perform prospect research to close funding gaps, and work with executives to #J-18808-Ljbffr The-Door---A-Center-of-Alternatives
