Restaurant Bartender

The Sheraton Hotel of Eatontown is seeking candidates for the position of Restaurant Bartender to join our award-winning team. Join our team as a Restaurant Bartender and bring energy, professionalism, and top-notch service to our guests. You'll craft drinks, engage with guests, and contribute to creating a welcoming bar atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Maintain a clean, organized bar area
Interact with guests and take drink orders
Monitor alcohol consumption and follow safety guidelines
Assist with inventory and restocking

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a starting rate of $8.00 per hour plus gratuities. Part-time employees will have the opportunity to earn paid time-off and join the company's retirement plans (once qualified). Full-time employees will have the opportunity to earn paid time-off and join the company's health, dental, vision, and retirement plans (once qualified).

Requirements

Prior bartending experience
Excellent customer service and multitasking skills
Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol)
Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Must be able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs.
