Labor & Employment Associate
Foley & Lardner LLP
Overview The role requires experience with employment litigation, including discrimination and wage and hour matters, along with advice and counseling, OSHA, and traditional labor matters. Key responsibilities include managing discovery, engaging in motion practice, and drafting pleadings, motions, and other court filings. Preferred experience encompasses restrictive covenants litigation (including expedited relief), discovery and trial preparation in both state and federal courts, participation in settlement conferences and negotiations, and deal due diligence. The position offers an opportunity to support the Labor & Employment Practice Group across its nationwide offices.
