1st Shift: 5am - 1pm Mon-Fri
3rd Shift: 9pm - 5am Sunday night start
Who you are:- Dependable above all else — your team knows they can count on you
- Detailoriented and proud of the quality you produce
- A team player who'd rather win together than coast alone
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet through the shift
- $20/hr to start, with potential raises thorough out first year, plus year end production bonus $2/hr shift premium for 3rd shift!
- Weekly paychecks and voluntary overtime when you want it
- Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k with company match) the 1st of the month after 30 days

Machine operation experience is a plus, injection molding even better — but the right attitude beats the perfect experience. We'll teach you the rest.
What you'll do: Operate and monitor rubber molding equipment, keep an eye on quality, inspect and trim parts, and work alongside with your shift to hit production targets.
