Family Medicine 4-Day Clinical Week Northeast Metro Overview

This Family Medicine opportunity combines a 4-day clinical schedule, strong support, and a modern practice environment designed to make day-to-day medicine more sustainable.
Position Highlights- 4-day clinical week with protected administrative time
- 100% outpatient Family Medicine with continuity-focused care
- Growing clinic with immediate patient demand and room to build your practice
- Strong clinical support including integrated behavioral health, pharmacy, and ancillary services
- Efficient workflow with EPIC, scribe support, and on-site diagnostics
- Light call structure supported by RN triage and centralized call services
- $270K first-year guaranteed
- Additional incentive and retention opportunities beginning in year two
- Approximately 6.5 weeks of PTO
- CME allowance plus dedicated CME time
- Loan repayment options available
