Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition

We’re looking for a hands-on leader to oversee and help build our Talent Acquisition function. This individual will lead a small recruiting team responsible for hiring Sales Representatives, Sales Managers, Call Center Team Members, Canvassing Teams, and Management level positions across the organization. This is not a traditional corporate Talent Acquisition position. We’re looking for a builder—someone who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and helping organizations grow. We want a leader who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, jump into the recruiting process when needed, and lead by example. What You’ll Do Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition Team. Recruit exceptional talent across multiple departments and leadership levels. Develop recruiting processes that support the continued growth of the organization. Conduct interviews for leadership and key positions. Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and improve hiring outcomes. Develop sourcing strategies across multiple recruiting channels. Improve employee retention through better hiring practices and candidate selection. Track and report recruiting metrics including hiring goals, retention, and recruiting performance. Mentor and coach recruiters to improve performance and hiring outcomes. Participate in recruiting efforts whenever business needs require additional leadership and support. This Is A Hands-On Leadership Position We believe great leaders understand the business they’re helping to build. The right candidate will spend time with our sales teams, sales managers, canvassing leaders, and call center teams to gain a firsthand understanding of what separates top performers from the rest. This may include participating in ride-alongs with field leaders and spending time with various departments to better understand the positions we’re hiring for and the qualities that drive success. We don’t expect our leaders to perform these jobs—we expect them to understand them. There will always be a hands-on component to this position. Some weeks may require more leadership and coaching. Other weeks may require more recruiting and interviewing. When hiring goals become challenging or additional support is needed, we expect our leaders to jump in and help their teams succeed. Five or more years of recruiting, talent acquisition, leadership, or related experience. Experience leading recruiting teams or hiring initiatives is preferred. Experience hiring commissioned sales professionals is highly desirable. Experience building high-performing teams in fast-paced organizations. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Home services industry experience is a plus but is not required. Must be willing to work on-site in Charlotte, NC. Competitive Base Salary Significant Quarterly Performance Bonus Opportunity Target Total Compensation of $120,000 - $155,000+ Exceptional performers have the opportunity to significantly exceed target compensation through bonus achievement.
