Surgical Technologist – Per Diem (One Day per Week)

Synovation Medical Group is seeking a dependable, experienced Surgical Technologist to support our surgical team one day per week. Candidates must have experience cleaning, preparing, and sterilizing surgical instruments.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare procedure rooms, instruments, and supplies.
• Assist physicians during procedures and maintain a sterile field.
• Clean, decontaminate, package, and sterilize instruments following infection control protocols.
• Operate sterilization equipment and maintain sterilization logs.
• Help turn over rooms and monitor supply inventory.

Qualifications:

• Previous surgical technologist experience.
• Hands-on experience with instrument sterilization and autoclave operation.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of sterile technique.
• Reliable availability one day per week.
