Description: Dean of Students at Fridley Middle School

Job Summary: The essential purpose of the dean position is to assist students, their parents, the staff and community members in their involvement in the educational process.

FTE : 1.0
This position is for the 2026-2027 school year. The first teacher duty day is August 24th, with new teacher workshop the week of August 17th.

Qualifications:

• Hold a baccalaureate degree from a college or university that is accredited
• Minnesota Department of Education teaching license is required
• School Counselor or Administrative Licensure preferred

Bargaining Unit: Teachers

Salary Range: BA, Step 1 at $51,599/yr to PhD, Step 17 at $111,313/yr, placement will vary depending on education and experience. View salary grid on the respective bargaining unit listed above, accessible via our Master Agreements page.
