What You'll Do

Schedule and coordinate patient appointments

Manage appointment calendars and follow-up visits

Assist with patient registration and check-in processes

Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and staff

Maintain and update Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR)

Support daily healthcare administrative operations

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED

English proficiency

Basic computer skills

Typing speed of 50+ WPM

Knowledge of basic medical terminology

6+ months of customer service experience

Medical scheduling experience preferred

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Pay Details: $28.09 per hour
