Shift: Days
Hours: 8 hours/day | 80 hours per 2-week pay period
Schedule: Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Weekends: No weekends
On-Call: No call

Compensation

• CMA: $22.23–$27.37/hour, based on experience
• LPN: $24.50–$32.77/hour, based on experience
• Perm Placement Fee: 25%

Position Overview

We are seeking a Medical Assistant or LPN to support providers and patients in an outpatient clinic setting. The role involves both clinical and clerical responsibilities, including patient rooming, assisting with treatments, specimen collection, and supporting smooth patient flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow throughout the clinic.
• Room patients and complete standard clinical intake processes.
• Assist providers with patient care and treatment.
• Administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed.
• Collect laboratory specimens and perform clinic laboratory tests.
• Perform phlebotomy duties as needed.
• Provide telephone and patient communication support.
• Assist with prescription refills and prior authorizations.
• Support front desk/check-in activities when needed.
• Order and stock medical supplies.
• Perform X-ray duties if appropriately qualified.
• Communicate patient concerns and updates to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate records and patient confidentiality.

CMA Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (ABHES/CAAHEP or qualifying RMA program).
• Current BLS certification .
• Relevant clinical experience preferred.

LPN Requirements

• Active Minnesota Practical Nurse (PN) license at the time of submission.
• Current BLS certification .
• Relevant clinical experience preferred.
