Qualifications

• Certifications NBSTSA (CST)
• Certifications BLS (AHA)
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in General in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty.
• Travel Experience 6 weeks of travel experience.
• EMR Epic
• Skills Assessment GST skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 2 references within the last 2 years.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the Health System in the past year.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with Gastric bypass, Gastric Sleeve, and Lap band procedures is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with Laparoscopic assisted cases, procedures, and gynecological procedures is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Carotid angioplasty, Carotid Endarterectomy, Endovascular Aneurysm Repair, and Femoral popliteal bypass graft is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with Direct Laryngoscopy, Radical neck dissection, Tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy, and Tracheostomy is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Colon resection - Open/LAP, and Hernia repair inguinal/umbilical is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with Mastectomy, Thyroidectomy partial/total, and Mastectomy with tram flap reconstruction is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with Anterior/Posterior Repair (Colporrhaphy), Bilateral tubal ligation, Cervical Cerclage, and Dilation & Curettage is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with Anterior cervical fusion, Cervical fusions, Craniotomy, Insertion of VP shunt, Laminectomy/discectomy, Lumbar fusion, XLIF (Extreme Lateral Interbody Fusion), and Spinal Fusion is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with Carpal tunnel release, Closed/Open reduction of fractures, Bunionectomy, Hallux vagus arthroplasty/arthrodesis, and Metatarsal surgery is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with Total hip replacement and Total knee replacement is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with Colorectal Robotic Surgery and Da Vinci Xi Surgical System is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with Mediastinoscopy and VATS is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with Cystoscopy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, and Ureteroscopy is required.
• Additional Confirmations Knowledge of decontamination and sterilization process and indicators, Aseptic Technique, Sharps Safety, and Universal Protocol (Time out) Procedure is required.
• Additional Confirmations Previous Charge Experience is Required.
• COVID Vaccine Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.

• Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
• Requested Time Off Up to 10 days of time off can be requested.
