Position Specific Description

Responsibilities include:

• Work with Regulatory & Political Affairs, Legal and outside vendors to prepare and execute contracts for lobbying and political consultants
• Ensure proper retention of contracts and supporting documentation on the Regulatory & Political Affairs SharePoint site
• Maintain the Lobbyist, Consultants and Trades Report on the Regulatory & Political Affairs SharePoint site Ensure proper coding of invoices and timely payment of vendors
• Prepare requests for political contributions and track of the Regulatory & Political Affairs SharePoint site Prepare quarterly BOD reporting of political contributions

Key Business Analyst Qualifications

• Strong computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Teams, Excel, SharePoint and SAP Accounts Payable
• Knowledge of legal terminology and governance helpful Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively, work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and meet numerous competing and urgent deadlines
• Ability to follow established workflows and guidelines, understand office procedures and practices Requires clear and concise writing, proofreading and editing for spelling and grammar
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Ability to communicate tactfully with internal management and staff at all levels Background working as a paralegal could be beneficial
