As an established private, physician-owned OB/GYN practice, we are seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our strong and cohesive team of midwives. What You'll Do As a WSNM Certified Nurse Midwife, you will provide full-scope midwifery care in a collaborative practice environment. Provide comprehensive prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic care. Manage labor and delivery while supporting individualized birth plans and patient preferences. Provide well-woman and preventive care, including family planning, contraception, reproductive health, and care throughout the stages of a woman's life. Assess, diagnose, and manage common obstetric and gynecologic conditions within the CNM scope of practice. Order and interpret appropriate laboratory and diagnostic testing and prescribe medications as clinically indicated. Educate and counsel patients to support informed decision-making and evidence-based care. Collaborate closely with WSNM OB/GYN physicians and other members of the clinical team. Participate in shared call coverage, including nights and weekends as scheduled. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and professional standards.
