The HR Administrator supports day-to-day Human Resources operations by coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities, processing employee transactions, maintaining HR records and systems, and providing administrative support to employees and managers. This role helps ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, efficient HR processes, and a positive employee experience through responsive customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and facilitate new hire orientation presentations, including onboarding logistics, Day 1 communications, documentation, and new hire file preparation.
• Process employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, compensation changes, employee data updates, tax forms, Form I-9 administration, and related HR activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, HR systems, and tracking tools in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Coordinate employee separations, including exit meetings, termination processing, final pay activities, equipment return communications, and records retention.
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries by monitoring HR-SL and SLNA inboxes, responding to requests within 24 hours, and providing administrative support to employees and managers.
• Partner with Payroll to resolve timekeeping issues, process corrections, and support payroll-related transactions.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute regular and ad hoc HR reports; partner with HRIS to support reporting and data integrity.
• Coordinate temporary staff, consultants, contingent workers, vendor administration, invoice processing, and workforce tracking.
• Support compliance initiatives, including employment recordkeeping, the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Program, and adherence to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, service award, and morale programs.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide reception coverage and administrative support as needed.
• Collaborate with HR team members to ensure accurate communication, data integrity, and consistent HR processes.

• Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of two plus years of administrative experience within a Human Resources department required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, customer service, and time-management skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of HR best practices and applicable federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to work onsite in Snoqualmie, WA and support teams across multiple time zones while adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay may range from $25.00 to $30.00 hourly

The pay range above represents annual base salary only. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job-related knowledge and skills, and education in conjunction with market and business considerations.

Base salary is one component of your total rewards package. You may be eligible for long-term incentives, potential discretionary bonuses, and the ability to purchase company stock at a discounted rate through the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
