Summit Choice Insurance Agency is seeking experienced Medicare sales professionals who want to build a long-term relationship with an ethical, supportive, and performance-driven agency.

Many Medicare agents are tired of moving from one agency to another, dealing with constantly changing expectations, or working in environments where production is valued more than compliance and beneficiary outcomes.

This is an *in-person opportunity in Boca Raton, Florida*. This is not a traditional cold-calling position.

_*Compensation / Pay Structure*_

This is a *1099 independent contractor opportunity* offering:

* Contracted daily compensation
* Performance-based commissions

* Warm inbound Medicare leads

Actual earnings vary based on production, quality, compliance, retention, availability, and individual performance. Compensation is not guaranteed.

However, serious compliance violations, dishonesty, misconduct, repeated performance concerns, or material violations of the independent contractor agreement may result in immediate termination of the contractor relationship.

Our goal is to give committed agents a fair opportunity to succeed while maintaining strong standards for compliance, quality, attendance, and beneficiary protection.

_*Responsibilities*_

* Handle warm inbound Medicare sales opportunities
* Conduct complete and compliant beneficiary needs analyses
* Educate beneficiaries about available Medicare coverage options
* Review providers, prescriptions, benefits, eligibility, and financial considerations
* Recommend coverage based on the beneficiary’s individual needs
* Submit accurate and compliant enrollment applications
* Document client interactions appropriately
* Meet agreed production and quality expectations
* Maintain CMS, carrier, and agency compliance standards
* Participate in coaching, compliance training, and professional development
* Maintain reliable availability based on the agreed contractor schedule
* Communicate professionally with beneficiaries, coworkers, and leadership

_*Required Qualifications*_

* Active Florida 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License
* At least one year of Medicare sales experience
* Current AHIP certification or ability to obtain it before selling
* Understanding of Medicare Advantage and Medicare prescription drug plans
* Strong communication, needs-analysis, and closing skills
* Professional conduct and dependable availability
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Willingness to receive coaching and follow compliant sales procedures
* Commitment to ethical and beneficiary-focused sales practices

_*Preferred Experience*_

The strongest candidates will have:

* One to three years of Medicare sales experience
* Experience handling warm inbound Medicare calls
* Familiarity with Medicare enrollment platforms and CRM systems
* Knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Part D, D-SNP, C-SNP, LIS, and Special Enrollment Periods
* A history of meeting both production and quality expectations
* Strong client-retention and documentation habits
* Experience following structured and compliant call flows
* A reputation for treating beneficiaries honestly and professionally
