Job Title: Fence Installer (Pool Safety Fencing)
Location: Placerville, CA & Greater Sacramento Area

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Fence Installer to join a growing pool service company specializing in pool safety fencing. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining residential pool fences to ensure safety compliance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors in various environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Install pool safety fencing, gates, and related hardware at residential properties
• Measure, layout, and mark installation areas to ensure proper fit and alignment
• Use hand and power tools to drill, secure, and anchor fencing materials
• Perform repairs, adjustments, and maintenance on existing fence systems
• Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality expectations
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements

• Valid California Driver’s License (required)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Previous experience in fencing, construction, landscaping, or general labor preferred
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with pool safety fencing or similar installations
• Basic knowledge of concrete drilling and anchoring systems
• Customer service experience
