Mammography Technologist

Location: Bouford, Georgia

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing mammographic examinations, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining imaging equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality mammography procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Maintain and operate mammography equipment.
• Prepare and educate patients for mammographic procedures.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mammography.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Mammography.

Holiday Requirements: The candidate must be available to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) and 1 minor holiday (the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve).
