Collaborate closely with neonatologists to deliver high-quality, compassionate care. Assist with coverage of the neonatal nursery and support family-centered care. Manage patient assessments, treatment plans, and documentation. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings. Support the hospital's mission of providing award-winning neonatal services. Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
