Avoca is hiring a Growth Lead, Performance to build and scale the acquisition engine that powers its next stage of growth. Your initial focus will be building and scaling paid social and paid search into meaningful sources of qualified pipeline. You’ll own channels end to end, test creative concepts, landing pages, and experiments, and partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing.
