Project Manager - Commercial & Multifamily Construction

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage commercial and multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout ensuring projects stay on schedule budget and meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects from preconstruction to closeout .
Oversee schedules budgets contracts change orders and billing .
Coordinate with owners architects subcontractors and project teams .
Manage RFIs submittals drawings and Procore documentation .
Lead project meetings and provide regular project updates .
Ensure quality safety and successful project closeout .
Mentor and manage Assistant PMs Project Engineers and Coordinators .
Requirements:
10 years of commercial construction experience with a GC or developer.
Experience with multifamily and/or large commercial projects .
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Architecture or related field .
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills .
Experience with Procore and scheduling software (P6/MS Project) .
OSHA 30 and design-build experience are a plus.
Valid drivers license reliable transportation and ability to pass required screenings.
