Operating Room Clinical Coordinator RN

We are seeking an Operating Room Clinical Coordinator RN to deliver expert surgical care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role involves:

• Circulating during surgeries and managing OR operations
• Acting as a charge nurse and providing mentorship to staff
• Coordinating shift activities and supporting quality improvement efforts
• Assisting with personnel management, resource utilization, and maintaining care standards

Qualifications include:

• Current RN licensure and at least one year of clinical experience in acute care
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing preferred
• Knowledge of age-specific patient care and ability to interpret patient needs
• Leadership experience is a plus
