Senior Financial Analyst - Gross to Net & Pricing

Senior Financial Analyst – Gross to Net & Pricing (Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis) Key Responsibilities Provide finance leadership and decision support for components of Ethicon’s gross to net reserve (~$600MM) Own and drive monthly/quarterly close and business forecast updates Partner with internal teams to understand contracting and distributor behavior drivers Develop analytics for EUS, NTS, and distributor inventory to track business/contracting movements and identify risks/opportunities Identify price risks/opportunities impacting net trade sales and gross profit; develop mitigation strategies Ensure accurate, compliant SKU-level monthly/quarterly journal entries Support compliance for closes/audits/business processes; work with Global Audit & Assurance and external auditors as required Partner with commercial finance to improve reporting, planning cycles, and communications impacting ASPs and data integrity Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Accounting or Finance preferred CPA/CMA/MBA or other financial certifications preferred 3+ years business experience required Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication, and interpersonal skills; strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, J&J WWP’s, and J&J Finance methodologies preferred Root-cause analysis and issue resolution required Understanding of AI concepts/frameworks and responsible/ethical AI; experience generating effective prompts Based in Raritan, NJ or Cincinnati, OH; up to 5% travel Preferred Skills Analytical reasoning data savvy financial analysis/modeling/planning/reports budgeting problem solving stakeholder management Microsoft Office operational excellence learning agility Benefits (time off) Vacation 120 hrs/yr Sick time 40 hrs/yr (state variations noted) Holiday pay incl. floating holidays 13 days/yr Work/Personal/Family time up to 40 hrs/yr Parental leave 480 hrs Bereavement leave 240 hrs immediate/40 hrs extended per yr Caregiver leave 80 hrs (52-week rolling) Volunteer leave 32 hrs/yr Military spouse time-off 80 hrs/yr #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
