TRC is Hiring Module Process Operators in White, GA
Position Summary
The Module Process Operator supports safe, efficient production by inspecting and reworking products, handling materials, and maintaining an organized work area.
The role works with Process Technicians and Process Engineers to meet safety, quality, and production standards.
Schedule & Pay Rate
6:00am-6:30pm
$19.50/hr
Essential Job Responsibilities
Inspect modules, cells, components, and materials for defects.
Rework repairable modules using approved procedures.
Sort, stage, move, and segregate production materials as directed.
Operate an electric pallet jack when trained and authorized.
Maintain assigned areas through 5S, cleaning, and sanitation.
Support daily production and process-improvement activities.
Follow procedures and promptly report quality, process, material, or safety concerns.
Qualifications
Three or more years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
Solar manufacturing, soldering, inspection, sorting, quality control, or pallet jack experience preferred.
Ability to identify visual defects and follow detailed procedures accurately.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, communication, and teamwork.
Physical Requirements
Lift and carry up to 80 pounds independently.
Stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks during shifts of up to 12 hours.
Wear required personal protective equipment and follow all safety requirements.
Work Environment
Work is performed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment around production equipment and moving materials. Employees must follow safety and quality requirements and collaborate professionally across teams.
