Estate Planning Attorney

Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with 2‑5 years of experience in estate planning to support our clients with the preparation and implementation of estate plans. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of process‑driven work efficiently in a structured environment. This role is focused on processing and drafting estate planning documents, including trusts and related instruments, and guiding matters from intake through execution. This position does not require business development or client origination responsibilities. Candidates should be comfortable working within established systems and workflows while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Experience in Trust Administration and Probate is a plus. Responsibilities Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents, including revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives Manage estate planning matters from initial intake through execution and completion Conduct consultation with clients and ensure their estate planning needs are implemented Review client information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation Coordinate with internal team members to move files efficiently through established workflows Identify and resolve issues that may impact timing, accuracy, or completion of estate plans Ensure all documents comply with applicable laws and firm standards Communicate with clients as needed regarding document preparation and execution logistics Maintain organization of files, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple active matters Assist with updates, amendments, and restatements of existing estate plans Support trust administration matters as needed Work Location Requirement Candidates must be ready, willing, and able to work in person on a full‑time basis at the Westlake Village office. #J-18808-Ljbffr SEAN DE VORE INC
