Trust Administration Attorney
We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, trust administration, and related tax matters. This role requires excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:- Advise clients on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced healthcare directives.
- Draft and review estate planning documents to ensure compliance with current laws and client objectives.
- Assist clients in minimizing tax liabilities through effective tax planning strategies.
- Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans.
- Stay current with changes in estate planning laws and regulations to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
- Represent clients in probate and trust administration proceedings as needed.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and related tax matters.
- Strong understanding of California estate planning laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and cases simultaneously.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
- Preferred Qualifications, but not required, are LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning.
- Experience with business succession planning and asset protection strategies.
- Familiarity with elder law and Medi-Cal planning.
- Salary: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00
