As a Patient Concierge, you will:

• Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule and coordinate appointments
• Manage incoming phone calls and patient communications
• Help patients understand and navigate their appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Work closely with doctors, hygienists, and teammates to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Assist in keeping schedules productive and organized
• Be a trusted resource for patients throughout their journey with us
