This is a Part Time opportunity. What You'll Do As a Part Time Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first smile our guests see and one of the last people they remember. Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to make someone's vacation even more special. Your day may include: Greeting guests with a warm, friendly smile Checking guests in and out efficiently Answering phone calls and assisting guests with questions Recommending resort amenities, activities, and local attractions Helping resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care Processing reservations, room charges, and payments accurately Renting recreational equipment and assisting with retail purchases Working closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience Completing daily front desk responsibilities and maintaining an organized work area We Offer: Paid Training Paid Vacation & Paid Holidays Complimentary use of resort amenities, including: Fitness Center Indoor & Outdoor Pools Golf Course Hiking Trails And more!
