Campus Staff Minister III - South Florida (Undergraduate Ministry)

We will work with you to discern your preferred location and campus assignment based on your ministry strengths and our places of greatest need. **HIRING TIMELINE:**It is advisable to apply the semester that you are graduating so that you can begin training in funding the ministry (3 hours per week) while you are finishing your degree. Complete reporting, planning and review requirements in a timely way so that you and your supervisors can assess and improve your work as a CSM Accomplish all other assigned tasks as appropriate **QUALIFICATIONS (common to all levels of CSM)** Annually affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Agreement (Doctrinal Basis and Purpose Statement). Abide by InterVarsity’s Code of Conduct. Believe and behave consonantly with InterVarsity’s Human Sexuality Theological Paper. Affirm and behave consonantly with InterVarsity’s “Women in Ministry Statement of Affirmation” Strong interpersonal skills (including ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated problem solving skills Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software **WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS** Pay: This position is funded through personal fundraising. Accordingly, compensation will vary based on the ability of the individual to secure a donor team to fund the cost of his/her salary. The anticipated salary range for this position on a full-time basis (40 hours/week) is dependent on a variety of factors, including location and cost of living.
