Senior Learning & Development Specialist

Responsibilities Design, develop, and build complex, multi-modal learning solutions aligned to defined learning strategies or architectures Translate approved concepts and design intent into instructionally sound, visually engaging, and learner-ready experiences Develop storyboards, visual designs, and interactive elements Leverage modern authoring tools and technologies to produce scalable, efficient outputs Ensure solutions are ready for enterprise deployment across LMS/LXP platforms Facilitate and lead SME working sessions to gather, structure, and refine content Translate inputs into clear, learner-centered content and development assets Identify and resolve content gaps or inconsistencies Apply advanced instructional design principles to support learning objectives Conduct quality assurance processes and uphold brand standards Collaborate with Learning Architects and Program Leads Requirements Demonstrated expertise in learning development, instructional design application, and content creation Strong ability to translate defined strategies into high-quality learning experiences Advanced skills in visual design, storyboarding, and learner experience development Proven experience in leading SME content development and working sessions Ability to operate with autonomy while staying aligned to defined strategy and design intent Proficiency in modern authoring tools and enterprise learning platforms Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Education, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7–10+ years of experience in learning development or related rolesDemonstrated experience designing complex or enterprise-scale learning initiative #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
