Technical Sourcer

We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to engage in manpower deliverables, in collaboration with our recruiting team. Position Overview This role is focused on outbound sourcing and candidate generation. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying talent through various platforms and passing qualified candidates to recruiters and/or leadership for further evaluation. This position does not involve full-cycle recruiting, candidate ownership, or client interaction. Responsibilities: Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline for current and upcoming roles Utilize advanced search techniques across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and other industry-specific platforms Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify passive candidates Craft personalized, compelling outreach messages to engage candidates and generate interest in our projects and opportunities Maintain accurate and detailed records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) Collaborate with Account Managers, Recruiters and Business Development personnelto understand projects, requirements, client personas, and priorities Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining our quality standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for persuasive outreach This role is designed as an entry point into full-cycle recruiting. High-performing individuals will have the opportunity to transition into a Technical Recruiter position, based on performance and consistency. This progression includes exposure to candidate management, client interaction, and the full recruiting lifecycle.
