Technical Sourcer

Description In this role, you will partner with Technical Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand their teams’ hiring needs and dynamics, while developing targeted sourcing strategies to identify both passive and active candidates who are driven by innovation in their respective fields. You will deliver excellent, timely customer service to hiring teams and ensure a seamless experience for every candidate throughout the process. Minimum Qualifications Proven background in using innovative research and sourcing methods in the pursuit to hire for specialized areas and ‘hard to fill’ roles. Sourcing experience within one or more of the following fields: software, firmware, mechanical, hardware, chip/circuit design, graphics software/hardware, platform architecture or process engineering candidates. Experience in a fast‑paced environment. Demonstrable experience in partnering with fellow recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and different levels of professionals. Attention to detail is required and must demonstrate meticulous organization skills. Preferred Qualifications BA/BS Degree preferred At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $124,100 and $186,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
